This pickleball camp is designed to address your specific needs, increase knowledge and excitement of the game, and help you improve in a fun and friendly environment.

What to Expect:

Friday, June 14 from 4pm - 7pm.
Saturday & Sunday, June 15-16 from 9am until 3pm (This is includes a 1-hour a lunch break)

Intermediate & Advanced skill levels
Camp is geared towards Intermediate and Advanced adult players. Upon arrival all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the weekend.

Day One: Open Play, game strategies & tactics and “Meet & Greet”
Day Two: Hitting to space, effectively starting a point, serves, returns, third shot drops & drives, midcourt/transition zone, and footwork.
Day Three: Dinks, Volleys, lobs and lob retrievals, topspin and backspin.

• How to develop confidence and up your game


What's included in the fee?

•   Welcome: Complimentary hors d’oeuvres will be served and beverages will be available for purchase at the post play “Meet & Greet” at Rt. 12 Pickle on Friday evening.
•   Instruction: 13 hours of court time including instruction and match play
•   Optional: DJ Pickleball camp participants can order their own takeout and enjoy dinner together at Rt. 12 Pickle on Saturday evening.


Instruction, Equipment & Facility

•   Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience
•   Equipment Needed: All campers must bring a pickleball paddle, athletic shoes and a water bottle
•   Facility: Rt. 12 Pickle - 6 pickleball courts

Overnight Accommodations

These are Day Camps and only run during the hours listed above. The camp tuition DOES NOT include housing. Campers are required to provide their own overnight accommodations.

Checklist of things to bring

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. DJ Pickleball and Rt. 12 Pickle are NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
•   Athletic, on-court pickleball clothing
•   Pickleball Paddle(s)
•   Comfortable court shoes (no running shoes)
•   Sweatshirt/warm up jacket and pants
•   Water bottle*
•   Snacks (optional)
•   Signed Health & Release forms and waivers (forms completed online do not need to be printed and turned in at camp)
