New to Pickleball?
Dubbed an amalgamation of tennis, ping pong and badminton, pickleball is an easy-to-learn activity, a sure factor behind its meteoric rise as the nation’s fastest growing sport. Doubles play—by far the most common format—can be enjoyed by those aged 8 to 88!
What has emerged in social pickleball is a unique ethic where nearly everyone is welcome to join a game, even with complete strangers, in an “open play” environment. (Losers come off, winners generally split up and stay on.) Rt.12 Pickle encourages novices to enroll in a “learn to play” clinic, so you’ll be confident and comfortable out there on the court.
