Terri is an IPTPA Certified Pickleball instructor from Franklin. She has been playing pickleball since 2016, and teaching since 2019. She is the Pickleball Program Director and Instructor at the Franklin Recreation Department. Terri has taught at several locations in Norfolk, Middlesex and Worcester Counties.
Joe D'Agostino

Joe D’Agostino is a PCI certified instructor, father, husband, golf and pickleball fanatic. Joe is a graduate of Assumption College in Worcester where he played baseball for four years. He was a successful youth baseball and football coach for 15
years. He also played and coached tennis for 20 years before a major shoulder injury forced him to the sidelines. Having found pickleball a year ago, Joe is enthusiastic to
share his passion for this great game. He enjoys watching his students grow, progress and succeed at all levels.
Mike Hamilton
Instructor
Mike is a PPR Certified Coach with a genuine love for both playing and teaching pickleball to adults and children alike. His coaching approach is to focus on understanding and adapting the unique learning styles of each player. Mike believes that everyone has their individual approach to playing and learning, and it's his mission to discover what works best for each of his students.
In his coaching sessions, Mike aims to make the learning process both enjoyable and customized to the needs of the individual, assisting players in enhancing their skills while staying true to their own style of play. His ultimate goal is for each player to achieve their personal objectives and witness tangible improvement in their game.
Whether players are just starting out, looking to refine their technique, or simply wishing to enjoy the game more, Mike is dedicated to supporting them in reaching their goals within a fun and positive environment.

Stephen Masciarelli

Steve Masciarelli has a passion for racket sports. First it was ping pong. Then the main focus became tennis, where he competed at the collegiate level, followed by participating
in seven USTA qualified national events. Then came pickleball in 2020! Naturally
enough, he quickly became proficient at the sport. He turned his coder’s eye to the
nuances of correct form, strategy and tactics, and has ingested the Professional Pickleball
Suzanne Cox
Instructor
Suzanne Cox is a PPR Certified Pickleball Coach from Northborough with 3+ years of experience teaching beginner & intermediate players. Suzanne took up pickleball in 2019 after transitioning from tennis. She has taught pickleball for the towns of Northborough and Shrewsbury, and co-organizes the annual Jacob Rogers Memorial Pickleball Tournament for youth mental health. Suzanne is also the USAP Pickleball Ambassador for Worcester County - Northborough.
When not playing pickleball, Suzanne enjoys hiking, biking, and kayaking throughout New England
Julie Graham
Instructor
Julie Graham is from Paxton MA. She discovered pickleball in the summer of 2020 upon retirement and has enjoyed playing, teaching and promoting the sport for the past 3 plus years. Julie is a USAP Ambassador as well as a PPR Certified Coach. She loves teaching beginners and intermediates as well as playing competitively throughout the country.
Ted Kosciak
Instructor
Ted Kosciak has been playing pickleball since early 2023 and has developed a deep appreciation for the sport. He even went ahead and obtained his coaching certification through USA Pickleball. Ted is a graduate of Bentley University, where he played baseball for four years and was inducted into the Bentley Athletic Hall of Fame in 1989. Prior to discovering Pickleball, Ted completed several triathlons, including the Louisville Ironman in 2017.
Ted is the proud father of three daughters and began his coaching career at the Youth League level. He then went on to coach the varsity softball program at Groton-Dunstable for eight years and later coached the softball program at Regis College for two years.
When Ted is not on the pickleball courts, he enjoys running, cycling, jumping on his paddleboard, and spending time with his four grandchildren, who have also developed a love for pickleball.
Ted is passionate about the sport and is eager to share his knowledge and experience with others to help them enjoy the game as much as he does.
Glenn Rochon

Glenn Rochon--a PPR certified coach--is an ongoing student of the game. An ex professional teaching tennis pro, a chess expert, and a table tennis fanatic, he has turned his energies and concentration to the fascinating sport of pickleball. He considers himself a better theorist and teacher than player. He values correct technique, proper shot selection, and sportsmanship. He thoroughly enjoys spending court time with eager open-minded pickleball enthusiasts.
