Ben Minsk
Founder & CEO
Our Story
Social, uplifting, simple to learn, and endlessly fun were just a few of the reasons Rt. 12 Pickle owner Ben Minsk fell in love with the sport of pickleball.
What began as a casual invitation from a friend to hit a few (pickle) balls, quickly turned into a healthy obsession with the incredibly magnetic sport and an opportunity for a new kind of club in Worcester County.
While community courts are a great
place to start and play on sunny days,
Ben envisioned a dedicated, year-round community for local pickleball lovers to play, gather, and learn in a climate-controlled, welcoming setting. The goal was to replicate the tennis club experience, but exclusively for pickleball fans.
With nine indoor pickleball courts, an on-site area serving beer and wine, and group and private lessons, clinics, and leagues, Rt. 12 Pickle is ready to welcome you to our thriving, passionate, pickleball community!

Lindsay Benoit
Director of Operations
Lindsay is a seasoned tennis professional and PTR Level 1-certified coach who brings a dynamic blend of leadership, coaching expertise, and community-building to every role she takes on.
Prior to joining RT.12 Pickle, Lindsay spent four seasons as

Director of Tennis and Head Pro at Holden Towers Worcester Tennis Club, overseeing player development, seasonal programming, and competitive training across all levels.
A proud Worcester native, Lindsay played six varsity seasons at St. Peter Marian, going undefeated her junior year and capturing the Individual District title. She continued her tennis career at Nichols College, where she studied Sport Management and earned CCC Rookie of the Year honors. She graduated as the program’s all-time leader in career singles wins (60) and second in doubles wins (56).
Her coaching resume includes four seasons as Head Coach of the Bancroft Middle School team and two seasons leading the Grafton Girls Varsity program. Lindsay is especially passionate about working with junior athletes and women’s league players, fostering both skill development and a strong sense of team culture.
Off the court, she remains an active competitor in USTA and DBH leagues and can often be found hitting with friends—just as energized by playing as she is by building thriving racquet sport communities.

Ally graduated from Merrimack College in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Media and Marketing. After completing her studies, she quickly immersed herself in the marketing technology industry, where she developed a strong passion for marketing

technology, and content creation. Outside of her professional life, Ally enjoys photography and baking, and although she doesn't have pets of her own, she loves spending time with cats and dogs through her pet-sitting side gig. While she hasn't yet tried pickleball, she's excited to give it a shot!
